Shipping and Returns

First thing to do before to place an order is to create an account, in this way the cart will add the right shipping costs options (according to your country).
Remember that if you choose the courier shipping options it's needful to add also your phone number.
Remember that you need to enter a valid email address when creating your account, in case we have to write you we need some more infos for the shipping (for example if you've forgotten to add your phone number) or if some items are out of stock.
In case we've write to comunicate a missing item, or other missing informations and we don't recevied a reply after 5 working days, the entire order will be cancelled and money refund.

Attention: We had to remove the Priority Airmail for packages over 350gr. From now on for packages over 350gr will be shipped with tracking number. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

- PAYPAL

- BANK TRANSFER

Selecting "Bank Transfer" as your payment method, once you confirmed the order you will receive an email with the details to make the payment, please check your spam forlder.
Once your money has transfered you must send us a copy of the receipt via email at: elektroplasma (at) hotmail (dot) com
If there is not possible please send an email with date and time of the transfer, bank name, account holder from which it was made.
If we don't receive any information about the transfer within 3 working days, the order will be canceled.
Once we receive confirmation of payment we will ship the order and notify via e-mail communication.

- POSTEPAY / CREDIT CARD

Selecting "Credit Cards" as payment , you can pay with VISA, VISA ELECTRON, POSTEPAY, MASTERCARD and some other European cards.

DELIVERY

Packages will be shipped within 5-7 working days once we've received the payment.

Parcels are always well-protected: Vinyls are usually removed from the sleeve, unless is sealed (in this case we'll keep sealed) and corners are always reinforced.

Delivery depends on the country of destination.

- POSTA 1: Consegna in 1/2 giorni lavorativi, non è tracciabile ma ha un codice che indica se il pacco è stato recapitato.

- CORRIERE GLS: Consegna in 24/48 h

 EUROPE

- PRIORITY AIRMAIL (Without trackin number): usually delivered in 3/5 working days

  - up till 250gr (1/2 cds) 7,80€

  - up till 350gr (2/3 cds) 9,00€

AMERICA & CANADA

- PRIORITY AIRMAIL (without tracking number):

North America usually delivered in 6 working days, 8 days for Centre/South America

Parcel up till 350gr (1-2cds).

- ORDINARY PARCEL (with tracking number) :

Usually delivered in 10-20 working days

Parcel up till 10 kg 

- REGISTERED LETTER (with tracking number) :

Usually delivered in 10-20 working days

Parcel up till 2kg

ASIA/AFRICA

- PRIORITY AIRMAIL (without tracking number):

 Usually delivered in 8 working days

- REGISTERED LETTER (with tracking number):

Parcel up till 2kg.

OCEANIA

- PRIORITY AIRMAIL (without tracking number):

Parcel up till 350 g (1-2cds). Usually delivered in 8-9 working days.

- REGISTERED LETTER (with tracking number):

Parcel up till 2kg.

RETURNS

We accept returns of the stuff only if we have made a mistake with items or if it's proved that it's was damaged before the shipment (not during the carriage) and it was not specified on the store that the item was damaged. Return or refund or sending of a new copy will be agreed with the customer.

No refund or reshipment for lost parcels.
